It just depends. Sometimes it can sell in hours and other times weeks or even months. Again, pricing, condition and exposure/access will be the primary tools we use to sell a home quickly and don’t think just because an offer comes in fast, that you can do better by waiting. There are already potential buyers looking for homes like yours when you go on market. Thus, when they see your new listing, they are often anxious to see it and make an offer on it because others like yours have previously gotten away from them. In the end, the length of time your property is on the market is directly related to the selling price. If a home is not selling, the marketplace is saying the property is not priced properly.

Kurzner Group is disrupting the real estate industry by charging a flat fee commission rather than basing our compensation on a percentage of the sale price of your home. Our current flat fee listing commission is $10,000. While commissions are negotiable, many agents in the Metro Atlanta market charge around 3% of your home’s sale price as a listing commission. (You might also decide to compensate outside buyer’s agents as an incentive but that is another subject for another FAQ)
In many cases, hiring Kurzner Group to sell your home will save you thousands of dollars compared to a traditional, percentage-based agent. In other cases, our fee will be higher than 3% of your home’s sale price. The reality is that we think everyone should pay the same fee for the same service regardless of what your house costs. Our fee is based on our costs to deliver the highest quality of service, not your home’s value.
